I noticed that some of Logos resources are not linked to it, even though they quote it and reference page numbers.
Some examples: Freedman, David Noel, Allen C. Myers, and Astrid B. Beck. Eerdmans Dictionary of the Bible. Grand Rapids, MI: W.B. Eerdmans, 2000

At least for the eg. quoted, the inline reference links to the Nag Hammadi. You are right to note that the bibliography doesn't link back. But, since the inline reference is active I for one don't mind this behavior. See below for what happens when you click on inline reference.
