Failed to Load Media when clicking on Infographics
Hi,
Today I accepted the prompt to update some of my Logos resources on my iPad and iPhone apps. One of the resources with an update was the Faithlife infographics. These graphics are also referenced in the Faithlife Study Bible. After updating I find that when I click on one of the infographic thumbnails visible within the Faithlife study content, Logos opens new display area to show the graphic in - and a caption is already visible at the bottom of the display. But then a message is displayed _ "Failed to load media". This happens on either the iPhone or iPad. If I open the Infographics resource separately, the images open just fine.
I have tried removing the app and all the resources, and then reinstalling the app and downloading resources again. Same issue happens. The same behaviour happens in either the Bible! App or the Faithlife study Bible app.
The apps were also updated to a new version (ios7 update) today. No change to this issue though. Still getting "failed to load media".
Is there an explanation?

Please go to the Help menu in the app and tap Send Support Info. Your logs will help diagnose the problem.

Is there a fix for this problem yet. I'm having the same problem?

If i load from the menu I can get the info graphic to load, if I try to load from the split screen where it appears in the Commentary part, I get the fail to load message.
So there is a workaround
