Mobile Ed video error

Was about to start the BI101 course recently downloaded however the video clips do not work... I get an error "You don't have a licence to view this resource, but here's a preview... ", which links to the message on the Logos Website:
We couldn't find LLS$BI101HEISERVIDEOS.
Nuts! As far as I'm aware I have a licence, because I have all of the other courseware (which, incidentally, looks great).
Any advice out there...?
Thanks,
Mark.

I am curious how you got this when it has not shipped yet. Care to discuss it?
Thanks.

Hiya,
Ordered the Foundations Bundle, https://www.logos.com/product/33458/logos-mobile-education-bible-and-doctrine-foundations-bundle. The first two were released earlier today.

Wow. I ordered the same bundle and received no download and never received an email that it was shipping.
Strange

I also have it ordered, but no download or indication it was available/shipping soon.

It is possible to download files from the Logos server without having a license but the files will not be integrated into your Logos library. Video files may not have proper copy protection like book files do. If you downloaded these videos on your own and did not get charged for them you do not have a license to view them. (Logos needs to tidy up the copy protection.) If you did pay for them you need to contact Customer Service and complain.

Mark,
I finally figured out what you are talking about. Logos is rolling out their MobileEd videos. You DO have a license to view the video so there must be a snag on the Logos end. This will probably require a phone call.
]I am still curious how many of the videos you got. Are all 9 courses released?

Hi, errr, Tramp...?
Was on the phone to Logos support this morning, great work but problem not yet solved. Only two courses received thus far, Interpretation and Old Testament. Apparently another is due very soon, with three more next month and the remaining courses in January. Problem seems to be with some database configuration, may be unique to me. It's been escalated.
Cheers,
Mark.

I just got a call from Logos and I put them off till Saturday. I am hoping to get your opinion of the courses you have before I take the plunge.

As mentioned, the courses look great - suitable for self-study and, as I'm hoping to do, for a small group. There's a logical layout, and links to Logos resources. I can't see the video clips yet but based on what I've seen elsewhere from Logos (including one of their earlier DVD sets on Greek & Hebrew with Logos software) I'm not anticipating anything less than high quality.
Hope this helps. I've done some Bible College study and have read widely over the years; I'm looking forward to a nicely packaged refresher of instructional materials, with a view toward disseminating them through my local fellowship.
Cheers,
Mark.

Anyone having problems with the video's freezing at various times? It's really getting to the point of being unusable.

David, I am having that problem sporadically. What I do is select another video and once that one loads I go back to the other and it plays. I've already mentioned this as a bug in the forum.
It has worked a little better since I closed Logos and reopened it after the download and restart.
I've been trying to go through the Logos Academic Training and like it so far except for the video issue.

Thanks, Stephen. That seems to work most of the time.
