I can no longer do a simple Bible search for any term. While results will show, they are not at all relevant to the search term entered.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Are you able to provide more details of the search(es) you are attempting and the results you get back?
A screenshot showing what you are seeing would be most helpful.
It is possible that you may need to rebuild your indexes but it would be good to have more details regarding what is going on.
On a related note - are you aware you can upgrade to Logos 5 for free? Details at https://www.logos.com/installation

Hey Graham, I've included a screenshot of my problem. Any search term in many of my Bibles (NKJV, NASB, etc) will turn up with wrong results as you can see. Appreciate any help.
This is usually caused by a mismatch between resources and indices. Do you have an incomplete indexing process running?
No, I don't have an index process running, is there a way to force an index (and should I?)
try typing "rebuild bible index" in the command box
