Practicum on Android - Download of the media?

I have watched a few of the videos on my Google Nexus 7, the videos are sharp and clear, sound is also good.  Very nice.

Note: the video on the Nexus 7 is sharper than the video (when not in fullscreen) on the PC, which makes sense because of screen resolution differences.

A few questions:
How do I tell if all the media for the Practicum product has been downloaded?
How do I download all the media (like I was able to do on the PC version) ? I can't find the option anywhere.

Verbum version 4.0.8,  Nexus 7 (2013) with Android 4.4

    Currently, video resources on mobile platforms just stream the videos rather than storing them locally for offline use.
