Printing proclaim services in faithlife

He we use Proclaim in our Sunday services and by in large it works well.
To printout the documents from faithlife however it keeps crashing on my macbook air and reporting the problem. I have tried saving the document as a PDF and the same problem occurs. Is anyone else encountering the same issue?
