My Logos Bible has been crashing, and will not open at all.  I have re-download, done a font check, and restarted, and still having the same issue.  The diagnostic report is attached. 5305.LogosLogs.lawrencerodgers.20131128-054445.zip

Re-downloading and installing the app alone is rarely a fix... (unless the downloaded version is newer than what you were running).

    The diagnostic report is attached.

The issue you are having appears to be a corrupted database file. Here is what your logs say:

    Log File said:

    11/28/2013 05:44:35 | ERROR | 7 | LDLS4.Macintosh.OurApp | Unhandled exception: System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteException: database disk image is malformed

I am unsure which .db file is causing you troubles, but I have two suspected culprits.

    • Users/lawrencerodgers/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/apo1cnii.5m6/DownloadManager/DownloadManager.db
    • Users/lawrencerodgers/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/apo1cnii.5m6/Errors/Application/ErrorReportManager.db

Here is what I would try:

    1. Without Logos running, move your DownloadManager.db file to your desktop, then restart Logos. If all goes well, then that file was the likely culprit.
    2. If the first .db file didn't fix your problem, try the same thing with your ErrorReportManager.db file.

Notes: Once you move these files to your desktop, they will be rebuilt by Logos. If all goes well, go ahead and delete the copies on the desktop. Also note: your user library is hidden by default in OSX. If you don't know how to find it, google: "show user library OSX." If you have troubles with that, let me know.

Crash is associated with user preferences, so remove the folder /Users/lawrencerodgers/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/apo1cnii.5m6/LocalUserPreferences.
