Are we able to add to our logos library books in PDF format? If so, how can I accomplish this? What steps can I take in order to add book?s in PDF format to my logos library
We cannot directly add books from pdf format. However, we can add books from .docx format through the personal book tool. There are a number of ways to do this. I understand that the current version of MS Word is quite good at reading .pdf's and then of course can save its native format.
In addition, there are various other tools that do this. Calibre is the one I have tried. It takes the pdf and converts it to rtf, and then Word handles the rest. It is ok, but doesn't like footnotes...

Ken has already given you a good answer; however, just to add a wee bit to his response .......... a PB (Personal Book!) does work very well in Logos ........... ask away any questions ...........
here are some user-created personal books that others have shared in the past .......http://wiki.logos.com/User_Contributed_Personal_Books
