NASB Reading Plan

I’ve been using the reading plan ‘Read NASB95 in one year’. What I want to do is when I click on the days passage I would like to have Warren Wiersbe’s outlines open in the layout with the NASB. Can this be added, and can they be sync?

You would need to create a layout similar to the one below. When you click a passage to read in your reading plan, the open bible will go to that passage and Wiersbe's Outline's will follow.

My layout is working, named & saved. Now I’d like to link the ‘Read in one year’ shortcut on my Opening Screen, to my New Layout.

You can't create a shortcut on the "Opening Screen," but you can create a shortcut on the "shortcut bar," which should be just as good. See this wiki article:
