Hi Greg - and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear you are having problems.
From the logs you have provided you have a corrupt database file - which will need to be removed and Logos will then recreate it.
However, I can't see which database has been affected. It looks as though you restarted Logos after the error and the Logos.log file doesn't show the crash. Please attach the Logos.log file from after a crash and before restarting.
Thanks, Graham

Welcome to the forums Greg. Sorry you're having problems.
First, your Logos.log does not show a crash - but it was started after Logos crashed the last time (time index show the last crash was at 11:12, and your Logos log begins 11:13. The Logos.log gives us the most information about what was going on.
The crash log (LogosCrash.txt) shows a malformed database. You may (or may not) be able to get around this by loading to a blank layout. The problem here is I'm not sure which database is the problem, so I don't know what to tell you about how to fix it. So after your next crash please upload the Logos.log before restarting Logos.
Just because: make sure your version of Windows is also up to date, and you may want to restart your computer (if you haven't done it for a while).
The Indexer log suggests the catalog index is corrupt so navigate to the folder C:\Users\Greg Kasler\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\1ivaz2tx.kzv\LibraryCatalog\, delete all files EXCEPT catalog.db and restart Logos. Upload logs again if necessary.
