Cannot upload jpg file

I am trying to upload and save background jpg images to upload and sync to my group but I get a "failure saving temp file" message. Help!

Hello Donald,

Could you reproduce this issue and then attach your logs to a post? They should be located in the following area(s):

Mac:

• /Users/[username]/(~Library)/Application Support/Proclaim/Logging/ 
• The Library folder might be hidden. If so, hit CMD+Shift+G and enter "~/library" into the box.

Windows: 

• XP    -  %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
• Vista/Win7   -   %USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Proclaim Log Files\
