Hi Adrian,
This has, I think, been requested before. I absolutely agree that it would be fantastic to have this available in Logos.

Looks good! I was just thinking of this theme as I'm reading Jeremiah and came across this in chapter 2, verse 5b:
"They followed worthless idols
and became worthless themselves."0 -
+1 for this suggestion. [Y]

Indeed this resource looks amazing and I'd love to see it in Logos too.

Beale's study is an excellent work on this topic. I have no doubt that Christian will do all he can to secure this title.
But in the meantime, may I recommend his much larger, more definitive New Testament Theology? In it, he lays out his basic argument of What We Worship—albeit in a more condensed form—as it relates to the whole of the Bible. In other words, Beale's NT Theology takes his argument from What We Worship, along with his other works on the Temple, the OT in the NT, and others and presents them here in his magnum opus.

Hmm. nice.. definitely worth considering.. I'll be tempted to get this (NTT), WBWEW, and the Commentary of NT on OT if they have a sale.. any chance for that?

I bought this in print when it first came out. I was drawn in by my study in the 10 Commandments where I had come to a similar conclusion as Beale. I was working from a theory that the Commandments are not simply whimsical pronouncements of authority but had a basis in the nature of reality as it was created. In the physical world humans don't fly like birds, and whatever man finds of worth (worth-ship) determines his character since it is the pattern which governs his life. Hence the prohibition of the worship of other gods.
