Bug

When I open Logos, I consistently get a pop-up that says 'Logos was not closed correctly.' However, I am closing it properly. I hope the attached LOG helps. Thanks.5037.logging.zip

These log files are from back in July.
Can you check that you have diagnostic logging enabled and then upload fresh logs?

The logos log is unhelpful and incomplete. It would help to have a log showing Logos being closed after all layouts/home page have loaded.
The crash log is connected with the Reading Plan panel. Is that still a problem?

Hey-
I'm having the same problem with my logos. It was working fine a few weeks ago and I just logged in and I get a spin wheel and then the pop up that says it is having trouble closing or something. How can I fix it?

Suggest moving /Users/marysantiago/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/9oqx2yd4.g5e/BibleIndex folder to the trash, then launch Logos. The LibraryIndex.db file is malformed so the Bible Index needs to be recreated.
Option is manually updating application from Logos 5.1a (5.1.1.0594) to Logos 5.2 SR-3 (5.2.0.0091) => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/install

This sounds like the problem many of us on Mac have been having for months. It's been reported numerous times, including by me, but I don't think Logos has even acknowledged it yet.
