Error With Groups

We want to move our whole church into Faithlife as our churches social network. I've created a main level church group, and then many affiliate groups (small groups, leadership groups, etc). However, when our people need to add themselves to the affiliate groups by going to the main level group, clicking the drop down arrow and then clicking groups they're getting this error.
What's up?
