Indexing Problem

Hi there,

I keep getting an error when indexing, as follows: "Logos Bible Software 5 Indexer has stopped working."

Description:
Exception in DoProcessReverseInterlinearIndexData

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Temp\WERFDC1.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml

I'm guessing that the reverse interlinear database is the culprit, so delete (to recycle bin) the folder C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\i01aylrm.sj3\ReverseInterlinearManager and restart Logos with CTRL key held to generate logs (LogosIndexer.log & logos.log) in case they are needed.

Thanks Dave,

Still no go. The indexer makes it to 59% and crashes.

Error Log file attached (I held CTRL down while loading Logos). I have 2 more files I'll post next.

Any ideas? I noticed it created another ReverseInterlinearManager folder at that location.

This makes it clear that there is a corrupt file associated with NASB95. In case there is a disk error run a disk check program, but I'd like you to delete the following:-

NASBNT.lbsrvi

NASBOT.lbsrvi

NASB95.logos4

from C:\Users\John\AppData\Local\Logos4\Data\i01aylrm.sj3\ResourceManager\Resources.

When you restart Logos the files should be re-downloaded and indexing re-commence.
