Logos was indexing and not making any progress. I left it overnight. Still showed 0% in the morning. I had not paused indexing. Here are the logs (captured from just before I closed Logos to restart it to see if that would kickstart the indexing again).

After restarting Logos, the indexer did continue. I don't know what got it stuck, but perhaps you'd want to look into the logs and see if there's anything suspicious.
