Logos crashed immediately after I opened the "Images of the Saints" media. Indexing was going on at the time, not sure if that's relevant. The resource did get opened (see screenshot) but then Logos crashed immediately.
Log files attached.
Out of memory and insufficient disk space messages point to a system resource (not machine) problem. I'd let the indexing complete as both processes are/were having problems with the library catalog/index**.
** based on the indexer log that stalled at 0%.

OK, haven't been able to repro since indexing finished.
But still it's kind of disturbing to encounter a crash for any reason in a so-called stable version.

You must be very spoiled.[:)] I had something like 10-15 of them last week. And all I did in Logos during the whole time was to tag a few resources, and try to confirm a tiny number of bug fixes.
But you're right, it is disturbing. Only for me it's so common that I've long since stopped being surprised.

The only reason it doesn't happen more often for me is I've stopped using Logos that much anymore. I just don't have time for the constant vigilance and work it takes to use this product: crashing and other bugs that I feel obligated to report (in the hopes that the product will one day finally simply work), buying more and more new resources so that I don't miss out on all the great deals, then downloading and indexing and tagging them all, and on and on. I was never actually getting any Bible study done. It could be a very wonderful program, but it takes up too much user time to make it useful. (Mind you, I can't really blame Logos entirely, because I don't get any more Bible study done with my paper Bible than I do when I'm using Logos; but it's just an easy scapegoat.)
I can reproduce this crash and I'll add a link to this thread to the case. Once this crash is fixed, this forum post will be updated. Thank you! [:)]

Thanks, Angela. I'm glad a reproducible case was found!
We published an update to the resource today that should resolve this problem.
I'm going to assume it's fixed because I could only reproduce it once anyway, and I have confirmed that the other related bug is now fixed.
