I came in to my office today and my logos was GONE! It's trying to start over with downloading and installing (days worth). Apparently our network administrator did some updates that resulted in LOGOS not finding the previous install. Any help?
Sounds like he deleted/refreshed your user profile. Did you loose any of your settings (the way you have Windows/other applications set up)?
Yes, lost my desktop background picture, lost my itunes files (they were all there, but itunes had to go back and reindex all my music.)
Logos stores the program and resources in your profile (which is where most programmes store their settings). It looks like your IT guy deleted this profile, at least deleted part of it. You'll have to find out why from him!
Additionally you might want to ask him to preserve that folder in the future.
