Logos won't update

I'm a Mac user, and for the last several weeks I've had a greyed out logos icon located in the menu bar. It seems there are resources that need to download, but I can't figure out how to make Logos complete the process (or to simply cancel and restart the process). I've tried the commands 'Update Now' and 'Update Resources' and nothing happens. I've also Forced Quit Logos and restarted the program numerous times to no avail.
Any suggestions?

Well, I've restarted the Mac several times in the last few weeks, but every time I restart the icon is still in the menu bar.

Can you give a screen shot? Post logs? See my signature line for the later.

Above is a screen shot of what the Logos logo perpetually looks like. When I hover over it I get the pinwheel. Below I've attached my logs.

Good job with the logs... Unfortunately, I think the issue is beyond my tech ability. I did notice one line which may be related to the problem:
SQLite Error 28: multiple links to file: /Users/brendenlang/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/msoboq2q.zlm/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db
I asked for clarification about this error previously, but don't think I got a response. I'll see if I can dig up one of those threads. If not, hopefully a full fledged techie will be by shortly.

I found THIS thread, which gives a generic answer. I am tempted to tell you to delete your catalog.db file and let logos rebuild and reindex it. Hopefully someone will chime in soon.

The log shows problems trying to determine Indexer status:
12/03/2013 19:08:27 | ERROR | 1 | IndexerProcess | Error getting process id from memory status. Wanted to read 8 bytes, but got 0
12/03/2013 19:08:27 | ERROR | 1 | IndexerProcess | Error getting process id. Unable to determine status. Exiting...Also many errors like:-
Resource of type logos failed to open at location /Users/.../Resources/NKJV.logos4: Milestone index is missing from discovered resource
which suggests they have not been indexed.
The first error suggests hardware (memory) corruption, so you should run a memory diagnostic tool. When did the Indexer last run (the logs would suggest 13th November, but has it run more recently)?

Well, with some persistence, I seem to have worked things out. I forced it to index which took quite awhile, and then I received a major download after restarting the program, but all seems to be in order now. Thanks for the help.
