How can one call and get support for initialling verbum???

Yes and thank you... it was simply the frustration of things not working, which they are now combined with the need to convince the person on the other end of the phone that the Verbum program was a released product, that Logos had me download after upgrading to capstone verbum plus.
That page only deals with Logos 5, and not e.g. Verbum installation
