4a did not install last night

Last night, Logos 4a did not install - instead it appears that I got a brand new installation of Logos 4:

 It now says that I have seven hours to complete indexing.  Do I then need to reinstall L4a?  I am afraid to stop this - I will use L3 until things settle down.

Any additional suggestions welcome.

Very strange behavior. You may need to reindex again after 4.0a downloads.

I'd pause the indexer and type 'update now' in the command bar and hit enter and see whether it tells you there is an update available. If so, let it install. When it is done it will start reindexing all over, but at least you'll have 4.0a.
