Practicum - Difficulty Viewing Videos

Hello, I am having a problem viewing the Practicum instructional videos through Logos 5. When I view the videos in a tab, the text in the screenshot is very small and I would even say "Greeked."
When I expand to view in full screen mode, the text is super-clear, but the viewer screen cuts off the sides of the video and I can't see half of what the narrator is pointing out.
Following a suggestion in another thread from a user for whom Practicum was crashing Logos - which is certainly not my problem, as it's not crashing - I downloaded the videos, but that doesn't appear to be helping.
Is there any way to view the videos outside Logos if I have downloaded them?
Thanks.

This can occur if you're running at "high DPI" settings in Windows. It is a bug that will be fixed in a future release.
Does using "reading view" (F11) help make the video big enough to see?

Bradley,
Thanks, that helps, although the text is still garbled to some extent. I can just make out what is happening in the video.
Just so you know, I had tried opening the tab as a floating window before, which did not help. I had also tried using a lower resolution on my monitor which also had no effect.
I suppose this can work until the next release, which I hope is in the not too distant future.
