I have downloaded a few books and when I look in the library for them, they are not there. If I try to download again, it says that I already own the book. What am I doing wrong?

Have you typed in the command bar "update resources"?

Also your computer needs to index the book once downloaded so that it can become searchable .

The most basic question: What device and app are you using?

I assume that when you write "If I try to download again, it says that I already own the book" that you are actually trying to purchase the resource again. You don't download the books and resources from the website... the downloading all happens "in app."
