Are there any resources that will help me learn Arabic in Logos? Like grammar books and so forth. If not, would you please suggest me some good resources that I can learn from?
Thank you
There are free lexicons in the Perseus Arabic Collection (37 vols.).
There's not much.
I'd recommend Arabic Through the Koran, and Thackston's Intro to Classical and Koranic Arabic.
Do you have some other language exposure going in? Hebrew? German? Arabic is tough, especially if you're totally unfamiliar with other languages.
One of the two free lexicons in the Perseus Collection is the Arabic-English Lexicon by Edward William Lane.
There is also one (older) Arabic Bible without vowels available in Logos: Smith & Van Dyke translation
If you're interested in Modern Standard Arabic I would suggest: Al-Kitaab fii Ta'allum al-'Arabiyya.
Thank you for your help! Yes, I know Hebrew and Greek. At least I can read well, translate and so forth

Thanks for the reference to Thackston--I used his excellent Syriac book but didn't know that he had one on Arabic as well.
I would second the opinion that Arabic is tough. Firstly, it appears as a handwritten language (I'm aware that there are Arabic fonts, but I'm speaking of appearance). Secondly, unlike other languages such as Greek and Hebrew which use a non-Latin alphabet, the form of the letters change depending on the other letters immediately adjacent (the same is true of Syriac). If you think you had trouble learning the Greek or Hebrew alphabet, you ain't seen nothin' yet.
Here's your first lesson: سلام المسيح (Peace of Christ; transliteration: salam el Masseeh) is a common salutation among Christian Arabs.
I would recommend Alif Baa.
And a lot of patience.
Thank you all for your suggestions and encouragements! I know some other languages besides Hebrew and Greek. I took 4 years of both Hebrew and Greek. My native language: Telugu itself is very difficult, and some other neighboring states languages. So, coming from the eastern side, I do not think Arabic will be difficult for me. Like Gabe said, I probably need a TON of patience And like Sleiman said, I might get confused at the beginning at different forms and uses of language, but I will work slowly! (And I will find you whenever I need help )
Thank you so much for help, and please continue suggest me!
I have added A Practical Arabic Grammar to Community Pricing.
My native language: Telugu itself is very difficult,
But ... I took several years of Tamil and a year of Kannada ... much easier than Hebrew which seems to have beaten me ... I just can't get the hang of how the language hangs together structurally[:(]
However, from the viewpoint of a native English speaker ... I don't even see a Dravidian language in the list!
