Have you tried loading to a blank layout? If that doesn't work, please enable and post logs. if you are on Mac, see my signature line for help with that.

I have the same issue of late as Tracey on just one of the three computers that I have Logos5 loaded on. If we can't get the program to open how are we to get you any logs? All of my computers are windows computers with either Windows 8Pro or 8.1Pro OS. I have repeatedly uninstalled and installed Logos5.

Enabling logging doesn't depend on the the Logos program --> https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/problem OR http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging.
