Why hasn't anyone DO this?

Someone please open a business to make PBB for Logos.

Making a PBB is a chore for an individual.. I'm sure someone who's pro at this can make $$$$ out of it ...

If you're good at programming, I'm sure this is a money-maker...

Someone please.... I'm sure everyone who's active on this forum would be willing to support it.

Someone tried once to offer his paid services as a PBB creator, but he got pushed off the forums because Logos does not allow the forums to be used for selling anything, even if it's Logos related.

There are plenty of people doing it as volunteers, and it will probably continue that way.

A long time ago Logos said there would someday be a marketplace for people to be able to sell PBB's they'd created. If/when that ever becomes a reality, maybe there will be a sanctioned incentive for people to do more of this. But for now it remains a volunteer passion that some of us have grown weary of, but a few are still doing.

but that person doesn't necessarily has to advertise their business here... that person would not violate anything.

Just like other people who make business by making Logos' tutorial videos (because Logos overcharge this things).. these things should open in the internet.

or just like people make business making PRESETS & ADD-ONs for Lightroom and Photoshop. The idea of business has to be open for everyone.

Sure, if someone wants to do that, there's nothing to stop them. Who knows? For all we know there might already be someone doing this but we're just not aware of it because they're not able to advertise to their primary potential customer base.

There probably really wouldn't be enough business to make it a viable business opportunity anyway. Bob Pritchett has said that a very tiny percentage of Logos users even use personal books at all.

The likelihood that someone would be willing to pay a reasonable amount for the time required is minimal unless the person doing the conversion is willing to spend a great deal up front building tools.
