Upgraded to Logos 5 from Logos 4 and Bible Facts Resources are missing.

Hello.

I recently upgraded from Logos 4 Platinum to Logos 5. In Logos 4, I had
access to Bible Facts: People, Places, Things,and Events - though indexing
was only at 60%.

I upgraded to Logos 5. It indexed again starting from 0%. In 8 hours it
finished indexing. I started Logos 5. The Bible Facts is MISSING! I am
sure it has finished indexing because it does not index anymore. I am sure
it reached 100% and the indexer icon in system tray disappeared after some
time it reached 100% - I waited for it.

Do I have to downgrade to Logos 4 just to see it again? I don't like the
idea, Logos 5 is more comprehensive and complete.

If I downgrade from Logos 5 to Logos 4 so I could have access to Bible Facts again, will my whole library be indexed again? In Logos 5 it finished indexing, 100%.

Note: ALL THE OTHER resources are present and working properly.

Please help.

To what package did you upgrade? What upgrade path did you choose?

I seem to remember this requiring a second download. Have you tried entering the command "Update Now" in the command bar and seeing if there is anything else to be downloaded?

No, you shouldn't need to do this and I would recommend against trying. You should still have access to the things which you had access in Logos 4, we just need to work out what is happening

One other thing - are you running on Windows or Mac?

Well, I am using Windows, but I really do not know, after a restart, it is now showing!

My question now is, if I want to install Logos 5 on a desktop, can I use the license which I am using in my netbook? Do I need to uninstall it first on my netbook?

Another, can I copy the data folder from my netbook to the installation directory in the desktop so the indexing will not have to begin from the start?

And, the way Logos do licensing is on a per-user basis. You are free to install the software and access your resources on as many systems as you wish for your own personal use.
