logos 4 crashes

brian Malone

logos 4 crashes on start up.. so i start it with blank layout and it will load. but when doing anything it crashes.

i hit home page and type in anything and it crashes.

so thought uninstall and reinstall maybe would fix problems but still doing same thing

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

To help diagnose what is going on we would need diagnostic logs, please see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging for details.

But it is probably best to upgrade (free) to Logos 5 and see if the problem still persists. It can be downloaded from https://www.logos.com/installation
