I have The early Church Father's Protestant Edition https://www.logos.com/product/5771/early-church-fathers-protestant-edition

However I also ordered on CP works like The Letters of St Ambrose https://www.logos.com/product/37961/the-letters-of-st-ambrose-bishop-of-milan  and The life and works of Athanasius the great https://www.logos.com/product/36284/life-and-works-of-athanasius-the-great

Last night I was wondering if I already have the same material in the Early Church Fathers mentioned above???

For Ambrose the ECF set only has selected letters.  The CP has the complete letters in a mid 19th century translation.  For Athanasius, the CP set includes a different translation of some works also in the ECF set, as well as historical studies and a historical novel about Athanasius.  So, strictly speaking, there is no duplication.  The question is how much you are into Ambrose and Athanasius...
