How do you share a 55MB file?

It is too large for email and I cannot seem to be able to share via skydrive, or I do not know how!
It is a .dmp file that Logos needs access to.

I would use Dropbox.
Put the file into a public folder and send Logos a link to it - https://www.dropbox.com/help/20/en
If that doesn't make sense please post back!

Not sure how "public" public folders are but if you only send the link to Logos and then remove the file once they have removed it the exposure isn't too great
