Not available for download.
I have an iPad and I tried downloading Pilgrims Progress now I get a pop up every time I open up logos or reopen up logos app that says "Pilgrim Progress is not available for download without a license" it's been like this for year. I don't care if I have to buy the free reference with a license just to stop the pop up from popping up, but I don't know how to do it. Could someone help me with this problem?

Welcome to the forums.
If you can see it in your library (desktop/notebook) then select any section of the book author etc., other than the title and tell it to download to the tablet. If that does not work, you may need to deselect it from the desktop/notebbook, and then reselect it.

Welcome to the forums! Sorry for your troubles. [:S]

It took you a complete year to get fed up enough to ask for help? You are much more patient than me. [:)]

I haven't seen this issue recently... more info might be helpful.
- What version of the app are you running?
- What resources & base packages do you own?
- What OS are you running? What device?
- Have you deleted the app?
- Do you have L4 or L5 installed on a Mac or PC?

It's worth noting that the Pilgrim's Progress is one of the free resources made available when you create and sign into a Logos account.
These are available to read online but they can't be downloaded.
So I'm assuming this is how you have access to it - can you confirm this please?
If that is the case it looks as though it has been queued for download incorrectly and the question is how do we "unqueue it"?
I can't think of any way to do it in the app - and as a free resource you can't control it from Logos 5, even if you have it.
So this may require contacting Logos Customer Services unless anyone else has a better suggestion
(But I might have misunderstood the situation in which case the suggestions and questions from Lynden and Alabama are much more useful!)
