I recently purchased a macbook and installed logos. I am having a problem downloading a newly purchased resourced. After purchasing, I entered "update now" into the command bar. The box that said update now showed up in the lower right hand corner that said "checking for updates" and stayed there for ten minutes. I restarted the program. Logos did not recognize that any new resources needed to download. I tried update now in the same way and the same thing happened. I let it sit for an hour, with no changes. I'm not sure what to do.
