You have a corrupt database. Whilst Logos is not running please delete /Users/joshuamack/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/4l8082te.tvg/LibraryCatalog/catalog.db and restart Logos. Recovery of this data can take about 30 minutes.

EDIT: the Library folder is hidden by default - see http://www.macworld.com/article/161156/2011/07/view_library_folder_in_lion.html to make it visible.
