UBS Handbook Galatians paragraph formatting - or lack thereof

The UBS handbooks do not appear uniform in methods of paragraph structure--which is fine.  Some volumes indent to indicate new paragraphs.  Some volumes use spaces with no indenting.  But really awful is the Galatians Handbook.  It uses neither spacing nor indenting, which I find hard to read.  

Is this a publisher problem?  Or a Logos problem?  Or my personal problem?

I totally agree that the Galatians volume is very difficult to read because their is neither spacing or indenting. I'm not sure whose issue it is but at least it doesn't appear to be a "personal problem".
