New Books not listed

Hi, I have purchased a couple of books and they don't seem to be showing up in my Logos 5 library (windows or iPad). Am I missing something obvious?

Hi Kane - and welcome to the forums.

Roughly how long ago did you purchase them?

On Windows try typing "Update now" in your command bar and see if you are advised of any updates
On iPad its important to check that the books are mobile enabled (most are but some aren't). On the product page it will see whether they are enabled or not.

What are the resources?

In my own case, Love Does, by Bob Goff, which is appearing on my work laptop and on my iPod, but not on my desktop.

Strange

How long have you had it without it appearing on your desktop?
Do you have Internet enabled on your desktop?
Have you limited downloads to only occur at particular times?
What happens if you type "Update now"?
What happens if you restart the app?

Thanks Graham, the 'Update Now' command seems to be workings as it is now downloading 35Mb of data. - I don't recall needing to do this before and have close and restarted Logos several times??

As for the iPad, I haven't checked yet but the two publications are Pastoral Leadership for biblical Manhood and Womanhood & How Shall I Go to God?

Closing and restarting should have done it - are you running on Windows or MacOS?

As for the iPad, I haven't checked yet but the two publications are Pastoral Leadership for biblical Manhood and Womanhood & How Shall I Go to God?

Both of those resources should be available on the iPad. I don't have the first but I do have the second and can see it there.

May be worth killing the app completely and starting it again.
