Patch Tuesday's update to IE 11 now allows all most forum editing s/w to work. :-)
Someday, they'll enable the emoticons icon. For now, all it does is open a blank popup window. :-(

Emotocons work for me in Windows 8.1 and IE11. Did you take the steps I had sent you earlier here.

We do not recommend adding logos.com to the Compatibility View list. (We do not test with Compatibility view enabled, and it may introduce more problems than it solves.)
