Pop up scripture window

I have written a book of about 1000 pages of notes, with hundreds of scriptures. Is it possible to incorporate Reftagger with my book, where the reader could roll over the verse and have a text box pop up?

    Provided your book is in HTML on a webserver, it should be possible.
