Logos 5 Login

When I login in the system says an update is ready to be installed. When I say yes to the question nothing happens if I say no I login as normal. Why is it not installing the update?

Restarting the computer could fix this but you can try the web update (under Installation for your operating system) at https://www.logos.com/support.
What version of Logos do you have?

Puzzling. One option is contacting Logos => https://www.logos.com/contact
Personally would like to look at Logos diagnostic logs => https://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/problem to see if update doing nothing has any messages in log file(s). Windows event viewer may show error in Applications log.
Possibly could try manually install current Logos 5 release (5.2 SR-3) => https://www.logos.com/installation
Note: if uninstall on Windows, then your Logos library would be deleted so install would download all resources. An install (or repair) can usually be done without uninstalling.
