Passing on my MacBook Pro

My father, who is a retired pastor, still teaching and serving in his local congregation, is in need of a new computer. So, I have been blessed with a late 2013 MBP and would like to pass on my early 2011 MBP to him. I also upgraded his Logos 4 base pkg to Logos 5 Silver. I currently have the platinum pkg on the 2011 MBP. How do I remove my Logos 5 from the 2011 MBP and install his?
Thanks in advance.
PS: If it matters, there are extra books, beyond the base pkgs, in each of our Logos pkgs.

It doesn't matter.

I don't know the best answer. The simplest method:
- Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup
- Enter your fathers credentials
- His resources should start to download
I am unsure, however, what happens to the old resources. Does Logos automatically delete them? I don't know. Also, this method is the easiest, but not necessarily the quickest... you could try one of the methods to copy his resource files from his old computer. So simple when you know. Thanks, Alabama, I will give that a try.
