I am having troubles accessing one layout that I have named. Though the Layout is listed along with the others only one particiular layout will not open.
Is the problem reproducible?
Have you tried deleting it and re-creating it? Or creating a second layout with the same components.
That might help know whether it is a problem with the original layout (i.e. the way it was originally saved) or some part of that layout (i.e. one or two of the panels as they interact together).
Could it be that you accidentally over wrote the saved layout?

Sorry to hear that you are having troubles, there can be problems with layouts especially ones that have essentially been unchanged through various upgrades to the engine.
As advised above your best bet would be to construct another layout with the same features as the one you misbehaving. If the problem occurs with that layout then Customer Service would be your best bet. They will certainly be interested in a repeatable problem. But make sure you have restarted your computer before ringing them. It will save some time. :-)
