I put it on Books Missing Pagination & Other Indexes for you. Not sure if Logos ever reads that page, though.

It is very common that electronic editions of books come without page numbers.  The page that fgh points to is a very small list.  One of the reasons why we do not have page numbers comes from the fact that the electronic copies that come from the publisher do not have page numbers.  I believe that I remember Bob P stating something like this, but I cannot find the post.

I hope Logos will offer the next book in the series when it is released in the fall of 2014.  It is titled "The Early Prophets: Joshua, Judges, Samuel, and Kings".  I hope it will be as good as his first volume.
