    Sorry to hear you are having problems but please provide a few more details:

    • Do you mean you can no longer see anything when in the library panel or that the books you had downloaded are no longer downloaded?
    • are you still using the same credentials to log in to the app?
    • are you online when you see this?

    Sorry to hear of your frustrations but just in case the reassurance helps...

    Your library is still there - if the worst comes to the worst you can still download it providing you log into your account at Logos.

    Though I thought that Logos had put in place programming that stopped the loss on updating Apps.

    What account are you using?  It appears you recently created a new account - doing so will not transfer your resources from a previous account.
