Auto-complete feature only half-way done

This is something that irks me regarding the autocomplete feature. Take a product search on Vyrso.com (this works just the same in Logos.com):
I want to look up a work and start typing the title. Sensitive to what I already typed, below the box there appears a guess what I potentially might look for:
great stuff - we've all grown accustomed to it that index lookups are that fast, and often it will help us considerably. Like here. I become aware that the website has guessed my planned typing somewhere in the list and leave the keyboard to mouseclick on the right one (note in passing that Google Chrome is so certain of itself that it will pre-fill the input box, so hitting return half way through will invoke its best guess rather than my typing).
So, there we are: the input box is correctly filled
I catch myself sitting there - and now? Where's the product page? Vyrso will not move now.
Then I remind myself - I have to re-grab the mouse and click "search".
The Logos website auto-complete thinks it has done its task well when the box is filled, the input curser is blinking like a dog waiting to be stroked "good doggy, nicely done" pat pat
The point is: every other auto-complete UI that I know of (which includes the L5 command bar) will dash away and run after I confirmed the rightly guessed input by click or by hitting return. It's only here where I need to employ another step - or sit and wait for the website to work, while it in turn waits for my next step, i.e. for my brain to slowly register "I'm on logos.com/vyrso.com, I need to click the search button now".
Have joy in the Lord!
