BUG: No autoscrolling to new highlighting note

(Found when trying out http://community.logos.com/forums/p/79085/553283.aspx#553283.)

1) Open a Bible and a note file with Bible references side by side. Make sure they show different parts of the Bible.

2) Make a Selection note.

>> The note file autoscrolls to the new note.

3) Scroll the note file away from that reference again.

4) Make a highlight close to the note you just made.

>> The note file does not autoscroll to the new note. It should have. (It does kind of flicker, though.)

I can reproduce this and will create a case for Development.
