Bug: Missing Right-Click "Add to note" option

I'm running 5.2a Beta build 5.2.1.0019 on Mac OSX 10.9.1. When I right click in a resource I no longer have the option to add a note to a recent note file. Has there been a change I'm not aware of or is this a bug?

This will be fixed in 5.2a Beta 2.
