BUG: Logos won't allow me to have my panels where I want them

1) Open a resource to the left.

2) Open a non-resource to the right.

3) Drag so that the panels are no longer of the exact same size.

4) Go to Layouts and click the '2 Tile' icon, in order to get them back to the same size again.

>> Logos not only does that; it also decides on its own that the two panels should switch place.Super Angry

It's bad enough that you've now programmed Logos to always open the first two panels in the opposite position to where I want them, so that I always have to drag them into the right position (I'll write more about that later), but you could at least abstain from subjectively rearranging them again later, so that I have to drag them around a second time.Crying

In fact, you can have them full size, and hitting the '2 Tile' icon will do nothing but flip them. I feel like this is a bug of the panel algorithm "overstepping its bounds" and will create a case to have a developer look at this.

    Thanks.

Don't forget to experiment with the other icons as well. It seems likely they may 'overstep' as well, but I haven't actually tried it out.

I did, in fact, include them in the case. [:)]

Thanks. I'm sorry if I sound like I don't think you know your job, but after 3.25 years here I've had far too much experience with reporting a bug, waiting, bumping, waiting, bumping, finally getting a case filed after a month or half a year, waiting again, finally after a year seeing it reported fixed in the beta, waiting two months more for stable, finding that it was only partly fixed, waiting and bumping and waiting again, only to find that it still isn't fully fixed.[:'(] So I've learnt to point out even the seemingly most obvious things, when I remember to. I rather nag now than after you believe you've fixed it.[:)]
