Like Alabama, I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but let me take a stab at it:

If the books in question both are referenced by the same sort of data (e.g., several Bibles or one a Bible and the others commentaries, thus all indexed by Scripture Reference; or two Encyclopedias referenced by Headwords that are all similar -- two Bible dictionaries for example; a biographical dictionary and a general encyclopedia would probably not work together very well since they would hardly share any headwords)...

...then you can link them together and scroll them in tandem using Linking. See the wiki article on Linking Resources for how to do that.

If you want to place a link in a specific place in one book that will point to a location in another book so you can jump there directly...

...then go to the location in the book to which you want to be able to jump, choose "Copy Location as URL" from the panel menu, go back to the resource you want to put the link in, insert a Note there, past the URL into the note. You can do a bidirectional jump only by placing Notes in both locations with links pointing to the other resource.

If there's something else you're trying to do that I'm not understanding, then you'll have to explain it better.

What I want to do is; cross-reference Genesis 6 w/Enoch 6. So for example, when I'm reading either the Bible (ESV) or the Pseudepigraph - or any other book in my library - and come across something that pertains to what I'm reading make a tag so I can jump to another resource that relates to what I'm reading.

Or, if I open a book and see a 'tag' or 'link' symbol at a particular spot I will then know that it refers to another book (not yet opened) in my library that I have read before, tagged/referenced and now can go back to see how to two books relate to each other.

In this case, you want to create a note, attached by "reference." Anytime you open ANY versified resource to Genesis 6, you will see the note (as long as you have that note document turned on in the visual filter menu). You will need to create two notes if you want it to go both ways.

Do you know how to attach a note "by reference"?
