How do I make a Catch all Collection

Hello I want to make a collection that will pick up any book, resource that is not in any other collection.

What is the best way to do this.

The only way I know would work would be to create an all resources collection rating:>=0 and then exclude existing collections from the all resources collection. After you are done you can rename it. The link below is a thread that may help you in the process of excluding collections.
