What is the syntax to select on last updated for a collection rule?

But I tried that and it doesn't work.

One purpose of last updated is showing new resource(s); personally use library filter:
myrating:0
that shows no rating assigned. After checking collections for a resource, typically set rating to 2 stars (using Rosie's suggested ratings).
