I know that the following phrase is overused, but "in version 3"...
When you sized a panel to a smaller size than it's toolbar, there was a drop down list that made all the tools still availible. When I have many panels some of the shortcut buttons become unavailible. (i.e. parralell resources, interlinear, etc.)
